Currency

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion here is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

The Seller is not registered for VAT.

Delivery and tax information

Shipping is free for all orders.

Please note that every item we produce is unique and is being knitted by order, after you place your order. Knitting will take 10-20 days, depending on the item.

We ship localy via Post Express courier service.
We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Worldwide delivery aim – 7-14 business days from the date of knitting.

The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are buyer’s responsibility. Please check the customs and tax regulations of the country of destination before ordering.
Once a package is delivered, the risk of accidental loss, damage, or destruction of the goods is passed from the Seller to the Customer.

Refundable returns and product replacement policy

We do not accept refundable returns, but reasons for that are very simple. We are handmade knitwear and each knit piece is unique. Our artisans are mothers and grandmothers, who knit diligently all over the country. A lot of love, attention and effort has been put into each thread. Knitting it is very valuable knowledge today, because the tradition of knitting in Serbia is passed down from generation to generation, which is why Maridruna considers her knitted pieces sacred. Each sweater is a small work of art that is unique. Every handmade product when tried changes its definition and adapts to your body. Our fashion philosophy relies on sustainability principles through viewing clothes as: unique, quality pieces that can last for decades and will be equally loved. If the piece you ordered does not suit you in any way, you can always give it as a gift, keeping in mind that you have a small work of art, on which one of the knitters from our team worked hard for days. We appeal to our customers to always have these important facts before they decide to buy any of Maridruna handmade pieces and think of returning it back. You can always replace your product with any of the other Maridrun products, our artisian from our team can make you a custom made piece that will suit you better, if that is a problem. All of our knitwear are made by hands, which is a priceless peace of art, that’s way we expect a level of responsibility from our customers, we take our work seriously and so should they.

In case it is required to return the funds of the collected funds to the Consumer, in full or partially, regardless of the reason for the return, Maridruna shall return the funds exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina method of payment, which means the bank will perform the refund on request of the seller.

Personal data protection

When typing in the payment card data, confidential information are transmitted by means of public network in the protected (cryptic) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most- up-to-date technology. The security of data when making purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, thus the complete process of collection is performed on the Bank’s site. The data on the payment card are at no moment available to our system, thus Maridruna shall not be held responsible for their misuse.

On behalf of Maridruna we undertake to safeguard the privacy of all our customers. We collect only required, basic data on customers/users and the data needed for operations and informing customers in accordance with good business practice and to provide good quality service. We enable our customers to opt if then want or not to be removed from the mailing list used for the purpose of marketing campaign. All the data on the users/customers are kept strictly confidential and are available only for employees that find these data necessary for operations.
